Attention Players of the DLC Bologna!
Due to the high temperatures in the city and to protect the health and wellbeing of our staff and all attendees, we will NO longer have a check-in today between 4 and 7pm. Players will receive their Flotsam and Jetsam early check-in promo during the player meeting, tomorrow morning at 9am, (Saturday the 3rd of August).
You will also receive your badge during the Player meeting at 9am on Saturday. Attendee ticket holders can come collect their tix and badge at the Info Point anytime during venue opening times.The entrance for attendees on Saturday can be found here.
Please do not come to the venue today, Friday the 2nd of August, for check-in and stay hydrated.
Join us at the Disney Lorcana TCG European Challenge in Bologna, the Third European Challenge event for the Lorcana Trading Card Game (TCG), launched less than a year ago!
Illumineers from across Europe will gather at the BolognaFiere in Bologna on August 3rd-4th to compete for the title of “European Challenge Champion” and vie for exclusive prizes.
In addition to the prestige of becoming a “Challenge Champion,” top-performing Illumineers will earn various rewards and exclusive items. Furthermore, successful participants will secure qualifications for future Lorcana invite-only events, with more details to follow.

You will need a decklist to play in the main event. Please provide it written in English on an A4 paper. You will be able to submit the decklist to Judges at the beginning of Round 1. Make sure your name is clearly stated on the document!
Main Event Tickets and Attendee Tickets are available!
Main Event Tickets, and Attendee Tickets will grant you access to the hall (and the opportunity to register for Side Events) for the entire weekend.
There is no entry into the hall without a Main Event or Attendee ticket.

Main event players are required to bring a A4 Paper decklist to the start of their tournament.

Side Events
Attendees and players will be able to book their scheduled side event activities through te schedule below.
Registration for all Scheduled Side Events on Saturday will open 30 minutes before the scheduled start of the side event.
Registrations will also close 10 minutes before the start. The maximum capacity will be determined by the number of seats available in the venue. The registrations for Sunday Scheduled Side events will open Saturday evening at 20:00 CEST.
In addition to the Scheduled Side events there will be On Demand events available in the venue.
These will start as soon as enough players are registered to start the event.
We are offering Core Constructed (8p) / Draft (8p) / Pack Rush (2p) and Illumineer’s Quest (2-4p) as On Demand Events. Players can register for these On Demand Events in the venue at the Side Event Stage.

FAQ
Due to exceptionally high demand and to comply with fire safety regulations, entry to the venue is strictly by ticket only.
A Main Event ticket or an Attendee ticket will grant you access to the venue for the whole event.
Main event ticket holders can access the early check-in on Friday, from 16:00 to 19:00, only in person, and will receive a TBA Early check-in promo during check-in.
Attendee ticket holders will not be able to access the early check-in or receive the early check-in promo.
Side Events are open to any player that can access the venue (that includes Main Event ticket holders).
Registration for Side Events requires additional payment, based on which events you’d like to play, that is clearly advertised with the Side Event details.
Side Event Registration will open 30 minutes before the tournament start and close 10 minutes before the tournament start. Registration will only be available online.
The maximum number of players we can accommodate in the tournament will depend on the space available in the hall. We’ll adjust the tournament cap based on these constraints to ensure a comfortable and fair experience for everyone.
We’re sorry you won’t be able to make it to the event. The promos are only for players that are actually present and playing at the event. It won’t be possible for someone else to pick it for you.
Unfortunately these event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Kids under 7 years old can enter freely.
You can only purchase 1 ticket at a time. If you’d like to purchase a ticket for a friend you’ll need their data, and you’ll need to repeat the purchase process after buying yours.
To register you will need: First Name, Last Name, Email address, Melee.gg account name, Melee.gg account email. We strongly recommend to create a Melee.gg account ahead of the sale, if you don’t have one yet. We strongly recommend to be careful to enter the correct details on the ticket, in order to avoid issues in registration.
Allowed payment methods are major international circuit credit and debit cards. If you don’t own one, please ask a friend or family member to borrow theirs. PayPal is not a payment option.
Attendees tickets can’t be purchased if you have a Main Event ticket. These tickets are meant to allow more players to access the venue. With a Main Event ticket you can already access the venue for the whole event. If you purchase both, we will automatically cancel and refund your Attendee ticket, without notice. We will apply a 10% processing fee + any payment method fees.
